Missions

First Baptist actively supports missionaries throughout the world.
This includes missionaries and their families, as well as a variety of mission agencies.
The financial facet of supporting missionaries is a good measure of our involvement. However, a deep commitment of spiritual support through prayer is also vital for the success of our missions program and the evangelism work of our missionaries. 

It is our church’s intent to support missionaries of like faith and practice that are in full agreement with our doctrinal position who will be under the authority of a local church and directly involved in establishing local, biblical, Baptist churches –or ministries that are in direct support of establishing local, biblical, Baptist churches around the world. 

• To involve all ages in missions
• To communicate with missionaries
• To make missions needs known to the First Baptist family
• Support the spread of the Gospel and the establishment of biblical Baptist churches
